    Day 1 · Pirovac, board & first swim

    Marina Pirovac · short evening hop · 0–4 nm

    Check-in from 17:00, an unhurried briefing, and a five-minute walk to Tommy for provisions. If there’s light left, drift across to the Murter channel for a first swim and dinner back in the old town.

    Day 2 · Pirovac → Skradin & Krka NP

    Pirovac → Šibenik channel → Skradin · ~18 nm · ~3.5 hrs

    Motor-sail up the green Krka river to Skradin’s pretty marina, then take the national-park boat up to the waterfalls, boardwalks, mill museums and quiet swim spots above the cascades. Riverside dinner in town.

    Day 3 · Skradin → Šibenik

    Skradin → St Anthony channel → Šibenik · ~12 nm · ~2.5 hrs

    Drift back down the river and through the dramatic St Anthony channel into Šibenik. Moor on the quay and walk straight up to the UNESCO Cathedral of St James, the Barone and St Nicholas fortresses. Gelato on the waterfront for the crew.

    Day 4 · Šibenik → Zlarin & Prvić

    Šibenik → Zlarin → Prvić Luka · ~10 nm · ~2 hrs

    Two car-free islands a short hop apart. Swim off Zlarin, the old coral-divers’ island, then moor at sleepy Prvić Luka, the Faust Vrančić museum, a gelato, and a slow konoba dinner with no engines anywhere.

    Day 5 · Prvić → Kaprije → Pirovac

    Prvić → Kaprije swim → Pirovac · ~16 nm · ~3 hrs

    One last island morning at Kaprije, clear water, a fig-tree konoba, before the easy reach home. Back at the base by mid-afternoon, with time to rinse off and pack at your own pace.
